The compliance rate for registrants completing their Annual Reporting by the June 30 deadline was 91.8%—up 19.7% from last year. Registrants who did not meet the deadline must complete their requirements by September 30 and pay late fees to avoid suspension.

On May 18, 2023, an Extraordinary Action Panel of the Discipline Committee of Engineers and Geoscientists BC suspended Mr. Dwyer’s registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC. Mr. Dwyer is not permitted to engage in the reserved practice of professional engineering in BC.
