Quality Management Guides Updated
Engineers and Geoscientists BC publishes Quality Management Guides to provide guidance on the requirements under the quality management related provisions in the Professional Governance Act (PGA) and Bylaws of Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
Registrants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the content of each of these guides and how the requirements might apply to their work.
The eight Quality Management Guides were updated on June 15. The six initial Quality Management Guides were first published in 2012 and were last revised with the addition of two new guides in 2021.
Each guide was updated to align with recent changes to regulatory requirements under the PGA. Most of the updated guides have also had additional information and guidance added.
