Innovation Becomes Quarterly Magazine

Starting in January 2024, Innovation will convert to a quarterly magazine from its current frequency of six times a year.

Next year, Innovation will be published in:

• Spring (March)
• Summer (June)
• Fall (September)
• Winter (December)

Engineers and Geoscientists BC has been fine tuning programs to ensure they continue to meet the organization's needs. Innovation is a valuable and important communications channel and will continue to be offered in print and digital format.

We have already shifted the content of the magazine to reflect the regulatory mandate of our organization and will continue to feature articles that demonstrate how registrants are incorporating sustainability and public safety in their practice.

Our annual project highlights issue will remain with a refined focus on projects that define a resilient future, sustainability and public safety. Submissions will be open January 2, 2024, and close on March 1, 2024. The projects will be published in our Summer edition. More details about criteria will be announced in the November/December Innovation and be available on the projects webpage. 

You will continue to find all the important information to meet your regulatory and licensing obligations in Innovation. In addition to our regular features on professional practice, CE and disciplinary hearings, we will be expanding into areas critical to assisting registrants in all aspects of their practice, including inclusiveness, sustainability, legal matters and ethics.
